Actually, the parameters are very easy.
The only thing you need to keep in mind is how to use the HihgerTfConfirmation parameter.
If you do not want to use confirmations from higher time frame, please make sure this
parameter is set to 0 (zero). It should look like HigherTfConfirmation = 0
