The Tornado Scalping strategy is a sophisticated system designed for scalping and day trading, combining multiple trend and momentum indicators to deliver precise trade entries.

Key Components:

  • Filters: Bollinger Band Squeeze, FX Prime V.2, BB MACD

  • Entry Signals: Based on crosses of Mon Lag MA, LWMA 6, and LWMA 12 of the So Easy Bands

Optimal Time Frames: 5-minute or 15-minute charts
Best Currency Pairs: Major pairs with low spreads
Trading Sessions: London and New York (9:00 – 21:00 GMT Berlin time)

This strategy aims to capture quick moves in highly liquid markets during peak trading hours for better scalping opportunities.

Tornado Scalping Strategy — MetaTrader Indicator Settings

Indicators & Settings:

  • Bollinger Bands: 25 periods, 2.0 deviations

  • MA in Color: (6,3,6)

  • Max Non Lag MA: Period 25

  • MA in Color (Applied Price): Period 12

  • Pivot Points Levels (standard settings)

  • Bollinger Bands MACD: (12, 26, 9)

  • Fx Prime Final V2: Period 8

  • Bollinger Bands Squeeze: Period 20

    • Note: When a white dot appears on this indicator, do not trade — the market is flat.

Entry Rules

Buy Signal:

  1. MA in Color, Max Non Lag MA, and MA in Color (Applied Price) all cross upwards over the middle Bollinger Band line.

  2. Bollinger Bands MACD shows a blue dot above the upper band.

  3. Fx Prime Final V2 shows a blue bar.

  4. Bollinger Bands Squeeze shows a blue dot.

  5. Place initial stop loss at the previous swing low.

  6. Exit the trade when the system signals a change of direction.

  7. Take profit at pivot points levels or a predetermined target.

Sell Signal:

  1. MA in Color, Max Non Lag MA, and MA in Color (Applied Price) all cross downwards below the middle Bollinger Band line.

  2. Bollinger Bands MACD shows a red dot below the lower band.

  3. Fx Prime Final V2 shows a red bar.

  4. Bollinger Bands Squeeze shows a blue dot.

  5. Place initial stop loss at the previous swing high.

  6. Exit the trade when the system signals a change of direction.

  7. Take profit at pivot points levels or a predetermined target.
